Today, sunny spells and thicker cloud cover will alternate, with little precipitation. Longer periods of sunshine are most likely in the Upper and Central Pinzgau regions and in the Flachgau region. Temperatures will remain below freezing throughout the day, with highs between -5 and 0 °C.

Sunday will start off bright and sunny in most parts of the country. Early morning fog will only be an issue in a few isolated areas. During the afternoon, thicker clouds will gradually move in from the west, but it will remain largely dry. Low temperatures: -16 to -7 °C, high temperatures: -4 to +2 °C.

Monday will bring lots of clouds. During the day, there will be light rain or snow in some areas, most likely in Flachgau, Tennengau and Mitterpinzgau. The snow line will rise rapidly to over 1000 m, so freezing rain is possible in some areas! A brisk southerly foehn wind will blow in the Tauern valleys. Lowest temperatures: -9 to 0 °C, highest temperatures: +2 to +6 °C.

On Tuesday, there will initially be isolated sunny spells. However, clouds will soon thicken everywhere. Initially, there will only be isolated showers, but in the afternoon, heavier rain and snowfall will spread from the south. As a result, there will be showers in some areas. The snow line will hover around 1000 metres. Lowest temperatures: -4 to 0 °C, highest temperatures: 0 to +3 °C.
