Then, from midday at the latest, a cold front from the north-west will bring frequent rain and, in places, heavy thunderstorms, accompanied by strong winds ? and even gale-force winds in the Flachgau region. The front will continue to spread south-eastwards and cross the region. Towards the evening, the skies will clear again from the north. It will be cooler than it has been recently. Monday will generally bring pleasant but not entirely stable weather. The sun will often shine, before cumulus clouds start to build up from midday onwards, leading to localised showers, particularly along the Tauern valleys and in the Lungau region. Further north, it is likely to remain mostly dry. A moderate north-westerly wind will be blowing. Lows: 7 to 13 degrees, highs: 20 to 25 degrees.

On Tuesday, there will be a mix of sun and clouds, but showers are likely to increase as the day progresses, particularly along the Tauern. There may also be localised thunder and lightning in the Tauern valleys. It is expected to remain dry in the Flachgau and Tennengau regions. The wind will be moderate to brisk, blowing from the north-west. Lows: 7 to 12 degrees; highs: 18 to 22 degrees.

Wednesday will bring a mix of sun and clouds. It should remain mostly dry. However, there will be a brisk north-westerly wind. Lowest temperatures: 6 to 13 degrees; highest temperatures: 20 to 24 degrees.
