Thursday will bring denser clouds from the start, with a few weak, short snow showers in Flachgau and Tennengau at the beginning. Otherwise it will remain dry with some sunshine. From midday, it will remain free of precipitation everywhere, but more and more high clouds will soon gather from the west. In the evening, the first snowflakes will appear in Oberpinzgau. The wind will be mostly light in the valleys, but still moderate to brisk from the west in northern Flachgau at the beginning. However, this will slowly weaken and turn to the east in the afternoon. In the Tauern, a foehn-like southerly wind will blow in the afternoon, which will intensify in the Tauern valleys in the evening. Daily highs: -2 to 4 °C.

On Friday, numerous dense clouds will follow another cold front in the morning, which will bring increasing west to north-westerly winds and snow showers down to low altitudes. Strong north-westerly winds (peaks around 70 km/h) set in in Lungau. By mid-morning, however, the snowfall will subside and the clouds will become increasingly lighter. Early temperatures: -4 to 0 °C, highs: -2 to 2 °C.

The uncertainties are somewhat greater on Saturday. From today's perspective, there will still be a few patches of cloud during the day, with a little snow at times. The afternoon will be mostly dry and partly sunny. The wind will blow weakly to moderately from the west to north-west. Early temperatures: -7 to 0 °C, highs: 0 to 5 °C.
