From the middle of April, you will find an overview of the situation of all participating 2021 SL Card attractions here. You can currently also still find the overview map from 2020 (which will differ in a few attractions from the current season). From the end of April 2021, you can take a look at the new brochure for the 2021/22 seasons, which shows all the detailed information about the excursion destinations.

TIP: Either benefit from a 24-hour Salzburg Card OR enjoy a free trip on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road! The choice is yours!

Managed alpine hut at 1,036m. While some enjoy must, organic alpine milk, homemade Hollerkracherl as well as organic bread, organic bacon, cheese, spreads, cheese dumplings, meat doughnuts or the excellent tasting, freshly baked farmer's doughnuts, others celebrate the premiere of milking cows or watch the chamois. The little guests romp around in the sandbox, walk on stilts and play with the animals. The alpine pasture is also easily accessible by pram along the forest path. Also possible: sleeping in the hay/mattress camp, camping, barbecuing at the campfire, and by appointment there are guided nature and forest tours and the project "School on the alp". The rustic third alpine hut on the Gruberalm is actively managed organically, with endangered domestic animal breeds such as the original Pinzgau cows, Mangaliza wool pigs, mountain goats, sheep, etc. Children's ...

Location: 1,036m above sea level After a hike of about 1 hour (from the Lämmerbach Car Park), you reach the Mayerlehenhütte on the Gruberalm. This Alpine hut, managed by farmers Lisi and Werner Matieschek, presents itself as a rustic location with an incomparable atmosphere. While some enjoy the Cider, Alpine milk, fizzy elder pop, as well as organic bread, bacon, cheese, spreads, cheese dumplings or the fabulous freshly baked farmer's doughnuts, others enjoy the cows being milked or watching the chamois. The little ones can romp in the sandpit, walk on stilts and play with the animals. It's also possible to sleep in the hay, camp, BBQ on the campfire and with prior reservation, the kids can go on nature and forest hikes with the "School in the Alps" project. The building, dating from 1380, stands on the Universitätsplatz, which became a market-place in 1857. The interior furnishings are the original ones, but the range has expanded enormously. Healthy delicacies A more recent item is the large counter with an impressive selection of dried fruit and nuts, sold open and including walnut halves, roasted hazelnuts and unsweetened dried mangos.
