The voyage of discovery can begin.

From the middle of April, you will find an overview of the situation of all participating 2021 SL Card attractions here. You can currently also still find the overview map from 2020 (which will differ in a few attractions from the current season). From the end of April 2021, you can take a look at the new brochure for the 2021/22 seasons, which shows all the detailed information about the excursion destinations.

 

TIP: Either benefit from a 24-hour Salzburg Card OR enjoy a free trip on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road!  The choice is yours!

The title "Caldera" is a geological term denoting a volcanic crater. Salzburg's modern craterHere, the artist is exploring space and matter suffused with the energy and emotion unleashed by dramatic processes.     Complete information about rock-climbing in the heart of the cityOpen to all, the City Wall is located at the end of Linzer Gasse. The access point is next to the parking garage in Glockengasse. Between March 1 and June 30, during which time the City Wall is off limits, climbers have to take a backseat to the birds that are nesting on the mountainside. This climbing route is also closed in bad weather conditions. ROUTE 1 - Kapuziner-Gams Route - challenging The starting point is located on the right-hand side. The actual climb begins immediately, initially rated B/C, transitioning to level D/E. The so-called “Traverse of the Gods” is challenging and strength-sapping, though once you have completed it you do have a chance to catch your breath before tackling the second half of the climb.
