From the middle of April, you will find an overview of the situation of all participating 2021 SL Card attractions here. You can currently also still find the overview map from 2020 (which will differ in a few attractions from the current season). From the end of April 2021, you can take a look at the new brochure for the 2021/22 seasons, which shows all the detailed information about the excursion destinations.

TIP: Either benefit from a 24-hour Salzburg Card OR enjoy a free trip on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road! The choice is yours!

The mountain lake "Obere Rotgüldensee" in the municipal area of Muhr is embedded in a largely natural alluvial land, characterized by moorland vegetation, and has an impressive landscape aesthetic. The lake is fed from the mountains "Haderlingkar" and "Wastelkar" and drained with a picturesque waterfall in the Lower Rotgüldensee. The small-scale vegetation mosaic around the Upper Rotgüldensee is made up of moors and wet meadows and is overgrown with cotton grass, sedge and rush species, gentian species and the tarant (= swamp gentian) as a special feature. In between there are willow and tall herbaceous meadows. On the western bank there are green alder bushes and a loose larch-stone pine forest. The wet areas are rich in insects. The lake is fed by the meltwater and flows over a step to the north into the Lower Schwarzsee. In the vegetation in the immediate vicinity there are boggy wetlands and snow sufaces. Here you can see bread-making, cheese-making, beekeeping and there are plenty of farm specialities to be found in the farm´s shop for to take home with you. In the smoke house, Frau Klaushofer bakes her delicious farmhouse bread and cures bacon, sausage and fish. Not only are there many sorts of bread made from local corns, but also different spreads and cheeses, all home-made. The farm museum is located at the Oberhof, one of the oldest buildings in Filzmoos, which is run by Christian Salchegger and his wife Johanna.
