Likewise, data is passed on to logistics partners for the dispatch of information material requested by you. In addition, the data is passed on to order processors who work exclusively on the instructions of Salzburger Land Tourismus GmbH, do not use the data for their own purposes and are bound by their own agreements to the data protection obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation.
You have the right to information, correction and deletion of data, the right to restriction of processing, to object to processing (in particular the objection to the sending of direct advertising) and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

ADFORM AUSTRIA ADVERTISING
This website uses cookies and products by the company Adform A/S (Ad Server, DSP and DMP) for target group-oriented advertising in joint processing within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR with the Austrian National Tourist Office (www.austria.info). For this purpose, various parameters (pages viewed, device type, geographical origin, websites last visited) are recorded and the visitors are grouped into different segments. With the help of statistical analyses, similar people are then found in the worldwide Adform cookie pool in order to address them with targeted advertising for Austrian tourism offers. These “lookalikes” may be made available to our cooperation partner, the Austrian National Tourist Office, for Austrian tourism. Further information on Adform is available at the following address: https://site.adform.com/privacy-center/platform-privacy/product-and-services-privacy-policy/.
To exercise your data protection rights pursuant to Art. 15-21 GDPR, you can contact us at info@salzburgerland.com. You can also assert your claims against the Austrian National Tourist Office.

ONLINE CHAT WITH THE AI “AMADEUS”
When using the online chat “AMADEUS”, your text input and the public IP address of your device are transmitted to the service provider goodguys GmbH, Moeringgasse 20/1, 1150 Vienna, FN 551957b for technical reasons. Additionally, a session cookie is set, which is necessary for the server-side differentiation of individual chat sessions. This transmission only occurs if you explicitly activate the chat function on the website. For more information on data protection at goodguys, please visit https://www.goodguys.ai
If you explicitly ask for the location or position of a place or place of interest in the chat, we will show you an interactive map from Google Maps. Google has given an assurance that this data will only be used for this purpose and will not be used for its own purposes.
ONLINE CHAT VIA WHATSAPP
When using online chats via WhatsApp, data is transmitted to the data processor Chatarmin.com GmbH, Kaiserstraße 89, 1070 Vienna. However, Chatarmin is not allowed to use the data for its own purposes as a data processor. Additionally, data is forwarded to the AI “AMADEUS” (see above) for the purpose of automatically generating responses to frequently asked questions, as well as to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Meta”) for the purpose of using the WhatsApp communication infrastructure. If the online chat via WhatsApp is explicitly requested, cookies are also placed on the device and data is read. For more information, please visit https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea

Consent can be revoked at any time by sending the word ‘STOP’ in the chat.
As a globally operating company, Meta may also process data in countries outside the European Union, particularly in the USA. In the USA, there is generally a lower level of data protection compared to the European Union. As a result, you may have fewer rights to influence the processing of your data. However, Meta has certified itself under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), ensuring a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU, according to the EU Commission. Therefore, no additional legal basis for the transfer of data to the USA is required under Art. 45 GDPR.
