In the Lungau region, the clouds will generally thicken towards the evening. Isolated light rain showers cannot completely ruled out. A moderately strong southerly wind will blow in the foehn valleys in the afternoon. High temperatures will range from 15 to 21 degrees C.

On Tuesday, the foehn wind will pick up, with some strong southerly winds in the classic foehn valleys. Mostly dense clouds with some rain will persist along the Tauern main ridge and in the Lungau region. Otherwise, it will be mostly dry, with the extensive clouds clearing in the afternoon towards the north and sunshine becoming more frequent. Low temperatures between 6 and 13 degrees C, highs will range from 12 to 21 degrees C.

On Wednesday, the sun will shine frequently, with mostly harmless clouds passing through. The clouds will be thicker at times in the Tauern and Lungau regions. Moderate to brisk southerly winds, with strong to gale-force gusts possible in the classic foehn valleys. Low temperatures between 3 and 11 degrees C, highs will range from 18 to 26 degrees C.

On Thursday, clouds will move in from the south-west, but the foehn wind will ensure fairly sunny weather north of the Tauern main ridge. Weather will be very cloudy in the Tauern and Lungau regions, with rain becoming more frequent as the day progresses. There will be brisk to strong, in some foehn valleys partly stormy winds from south-east to south. Low temperatures between 7 and 15 degrees C, highs will range from 15 to 22 degrees C.
