The first half of Monday will be almost brilliantly sunny. The new week will begin with plenty of sunshine. A few cumulus clouds will appear over the mountains during the day, but any subsequent showers or thunderstorms will, if they occur at all, be very isolated and confined to the southern border of the country. Minimum temperatures: 8 to 16 °C; maximum temperatures: 28 to 33 °C.

Tuesday is likely to start off sunny. However, particularly in the mountainous regions, a few thicker clouds will soon roll in and the likelihood of local showers and thunderstorms will increase rapidly during the day. Further north, too, isolated showers or thunderstorms may occur in the afternoon, although the chances of dry conditions throughout the day are significantly better there. Minimum temperatures: 11 to 17 °C; maximum temperatures: 25 to 30 °C.

On Wednesday, apart from a few patches of high cloud, it will be mostly sunny to begin with. Cumulus clouds will soon appear, particularly over the mountains, and as a result the likelihood of showers and thunderstorms will increase. In the Lungau, there will be a brisk north-westerly wind. Minimum temperatures: 11 to 16 °C; maximum temperatures: 25 to 30 °C.
