Today there will initially be dense cloud and isolated rain showers, especially in the inner Alps, which will soon largely subside. Around midday, the sun will appear more often, especially in Lungau, and the rest of the country will also see some clearing. However, denser clouds will move in from the north with a brisk north-westerly wind, which will again cause occasional rain showers in the afternoon. Highs: 13 to 19 degrees.

On Thursday, the mostly dense clouds will continue and there may still be light showers at times. The clouds will break up more frequently in the morning and it will be dry in many places by midday. From the afternoon onwards, however, rain showers, some of them heavier, will move across the country from the north towards the evening. A moderate north-westerly wind will blow. Lows: 7 to 13 degrees, highs: 16 to 21 degrees.

Friday will still be somewhat changeable overall with occasional rain showers, but the sun may appear a little more frequently during the day than recently. The wind will blow weakly to moderately from north-westerly directions. Early temperatures: 6 to 12 °C, highs: 19 to 23°C.

There will be a mix of sun and cloud on Saturday, but light showers are to be expected, especially in the mountains. It will become drier towards the evening and the sun will appear more often. Lows: 7 to 13 degrees, highs: 19 to 24 degrees.
